I still think it was the worse Will Ferrel comedy yet. As I said, the problem is that it was (initially) marketed towards kids, and they deliberately evoked memories of the family friendly original. Once it was revealed to be a raunchy comedy, it was doomed. This was more "American Pie", "Old School" or "The Hangover". Compare it to those, and it fails. I could go on, but at some point Lucas will have his laugh. But to this subject......if only "Land Of The Lost" was a "Phantom Menace". I suspect it will do well as a college midnight film.
