I cant believe that tv land Awards vut the sid and marty krofft segment like they did,how could you cut out the buggaloos segents,thats like a slap in the face to sid and marty krofft and all the fans that support them and tv land.I hope tv land will put the unedited version of the tv land awards in a repeat so we can see the entire tribute.

I saw the tribute last night, 04/28/09, and was sad to see TV Land edited out the Bugaloos portion. Fortunately, you can see it here and on TV Land’s web site in its entirety! The whole tribute was groovy fantastic! I was in tears when Sid & Marty were on stage and I heard their acceptance speech! They deserve this award SO MUCH! Congratulations, Sid & Marty!

I also thought it was FANTASTIC (of course I am a little biased – My sister was in it – Kaptain Kool and the Kongs)!! What a tribute to two wonderfully creative men!!

Saw it last night, too, and I’m still on cloud nine!! The very second I heard Kaptain Kool and the Kongs get on stage and sing the Krofft Supershow theme song, I right away got up and JAMMED to it!!!I only hope the new LOTL movie lives up to the original, though. But, then again, to paraphrase DynaGirl, ELECTRA-AWESOME!!!!! Sid and Marty, you still ROCK!!!! ;)

I saw the show last night…what a tribute!! Clint Black sang “Land of the Lost”, Barry Williams did “Lidsville” and Cyndi Lauper sang “Electra Woman & Dyna Girl”, fantastic stuff!! I was in tears when Sid and Marty accepted the award, God bless you guys!!
